The following terms and conditions in this Sprint Complete Collaboration Service Product Annex (this, “Annex”), together with the applicable Sprint service agreement (the “Agreement”) govern Sprint’s provision and Customer’s use of Sprint Complete CollaborationSM Service (“SCC Service”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Annex have the meaning defined in the Agreement. “Service”, as used in this Annex, will mean and refer to Sprint Complete CollaborationSM Service. When attached to the applicable Sprint service agreement, this Annex supersedes the version posted at www.sprint.com/ratesandconditions.
