THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 10th day of May , 2016 by and between HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas ("County") and Ivan G. Melendez, MD the physician appointed by County as the Health Authority in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 121 of the Health and Safety Code (“the Physician”) to serve at the pleasure of the Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court.
