Exhibit 10.2 MASTER DESIGN AGREEMENT This Master Design Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of December 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between VIRCO MGMT. CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“CLIENT”), and HEDGEHOG DESIGN LLC, a California limited liability company (“DESIGNER”) and agreed to and acknowledged by VIRCO MFG.
