THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between, _________________ (“Licensee”), the Group of Five Citizens from the Palladium Condominium (“Residents”), [and Advisory Neighborhood Commission ANC2B (“ANC 2B”)[ (collectively, “Parties”). Any existing Agreement shall remain in force, except that this Agreement shall supersede provisions relating to noise abatement.
