This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the specific terms under which Imply provides Customer, the entity or person placing an order for or accessing, Imply’s software products and services. This Agreement includes these terms and conditions, all Schedules, and Order Form(s) hereunder which are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by reference, and contain, among other things, warranty disclaimers and liability limitations. Customer’s (or your) purchase, receipt and, use of Imply’s products and services are subject to the terms of this Agreement. You agree that this Agreement is enforceable like any written agreement signed by you.
