Where applicable, on signature by an authorised person on behalf of the governing body of the School shown below and delivery thereof to CLA, this Record Sheet and the attached Standard Terms and Appendices will together comprise a legally binding Agreement between the said governing body and CLA whereby the terms of the Licence set out or referred to in the said Standard Terms and hereby offered by CLA to the said governing body are accepted. (For the avoidance of doubt, parties covered by a centrally-negotiated licence incorporating these terms, for example that agreed with the Department for Education, are not required to complete this Record Sheet):
