Option 1 □ I will pay in full all tuition, fees, kit/supplies and books prior to January 5, 2021, for the whole semester. Option 2 □ I plan on using financial aid and scholarships to pay for my program. I understand that if my financial aid/scholoraships do not cover all costs, I will pay in full the remaining amount or set up a payment plan prior to January 5, 2021. Option 3 □ I would like to make payment arrangements for my tuition and fees. I understand that kits/supplies and books must be paid prior to January 5, 2021. A separate payment agreement must be completed with the Business Office. The 1st payment of 25% is due on December 15, 2020. The 2nd payment of 25% is due on January 15, 2021. The 3rd payment of 25% is due on February 15, 2021.The 4th/final payment of 25% is due on March 15, 2021.
