This Joint Development Agreement (“Agreement”), dated March , 2018 is executed by NORTH DAM, LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“North Dam”), THE MILLS AT PEPPERELL, LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“Pepperell”) and the CITY OF BIDDEFORD, MAINE (“City”). North Dam, Pepperell and the City are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
