This contract is made and entered into this day of , 2016, by and between the HIDALGO COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY, acting by and through the Chair of its County Executive Committee, Ricardo Godinez, hereinafter referred to as “Party,” and YVONNE RAMÓN, County Election Officer of Hidalgo County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Officer,” under the authority of Section 31.092(b), Texas Election Code, relating to the conduct and supervision of the Hidalgo County Democratic Party’s Primary Election on March 1, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “election”), and the Hidalgo County Democratic Party’s Primary Runoff Election, if necessary, on May 24, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “runoff election”).
