This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Pfizer- Inc. of 235 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017, USA ("Pfizer") for the Last Mile Control Tower (LMCT) application (LMCT Web version: 1.0.2 / LMCT Mobile Android version: 2.4 / LMCT Mobile IOS version: 1.9 / LMCT Guardian Android and IOS version: 1.8), which includes all content, associated data, features, functionality, programs, applications or services provided in or through this application or the relevant web portal (collectively, the "App"). The App made available to you is licensed, not sold, to you.
