The Consultant acknowledges that it has thoroughly examined and understands the requirements of Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2017022 issued by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission ("CCPRC") for consulting services to provide services for Old Towne Creek County Park Master Planning. The general scope of work is attached hereto as an Attachment (or listed below). Consultant agrees that services, which are reasonably required to complete the Tasks set forth in the Attachments, and to otherwise meet the intent of the RFP #2017022 are included in Consultant's lump sum fee.

The Consultant acknowledges that it has thoroughly examined and understands the requirements of Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2017019 issued by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission ("CCPRC") for consulting services to provide services for the installation of a new Water Park Attraction at Whirlin Waters waterpark in Wannamaker County Park, North Charleston, South Carolina. In addition, a new Water Park Attraction is planned at Splash Zone waterpark in James Island County Park, Charleston South Carolina. The general scope of work is attached hereto as an Attachment (or listed below). Consultant agrees that services, which are reasonably required to complete the Tasks set forth in the Attachments, and to otherwise meet the intent of the RFP #2017019 are included in Consultant's lump sum fees for Project #1 Whirlin Waters Park and Project #2 Splash Zone Water Park.
