THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Agreement") is made by and between eMaximation, LLC ("eMaximation") with offices located at 58 South Park Square, Suite N, Marietta, GA USA 30060 and the company named in the attached Service Agreement (hereinafter "Licensee"). This agreement states terms and conditions under which eMaximation authorizes Licensee to use the services and tools described in the Service Agreement and available at its website www.eMaximation.com.
