This AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of , 2018, by and between the City of Raleigh, hereinafter referred to as “RALEIGH”, a North Carolina municipal corporation, and the Town of Wake Forest, hereinafter referred to as “WAKE FOREST”, a North Carolina municipal corporation, for the purposes of water main, water valves, and sanitary sewer upgrades and installation reimbursement within the U-5515 Stadium Drive Complete Streets project, hereinafter referred to as “THE PROJECT”.
