Participant shall: (i) receive a limited, revocable license to access or use certain premises or facilities owned, leased, controlled, or possessed by Theatre Under The Stars ("TUTS"), The River Performing and Visual Arts Center ("The River"), or the Humphreys School of Musical Theatre ("HSMT", and together with TUTS and The River, herein individually and collectively called "Hosts") for the purpose of Participant's appearing in, participating in, or auditioning for a certain program or event sponsored, hosted, or produced by, or affiliated with, the Hosts (an "Event"); (ii) have permission or an opportunity to appear in, participate in, or audition for an Event; or (iii) receive goodwill in any way or any form by being associated with the Hosts or an Event.
