Parker Holiday, Parker Creative and Parker3D (‘trading-as’ names of Parker Interior Plantscape, Inc.) (PARKER) agrees to deliver install and/or maintain certain temporary holiday displays as set forth on the front of this form and attached forms numbered consecutively.
