Parker Holiday, Parker Creative and Parker3D (‘trading-as’ names of Parker Interior Plantscape, Inc.) (PARKER) agrees to deliver install and/or maintain certain temporary holiday displays as set forth on the front of this form and attached forms numbered consecutively. Holiday displays, hereinafter called ‘materials’ supplied by PARKER shall meet or exceed the standards set by the industry.
