In consideration of participating in “Spookytacular” carnival and related activities located at or near 933 Poplar Street, South Lake Tahoe, California and for other good and valuable consideration, I hereby agree to release, waive, and discharge from liability and not to sue Prominence Tahoe, LLC dba Desolation Hotel, and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, members, volunteers, Wildland Firefighter Foundation, El Dorado Community Foundation, and all other persons or entities acting for each of them (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), on behalf of myself and my child(ren), parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate, and also agree as follows:
