This Agreement shall be binding and remain in effect from the first day of the month following ratification by the parties to the day of August '2013, except as specifically provided for in Article This agreement shall be binding and continue from year to year thereafter unless notice has been given by either party. Such notice shall be given in writing to the other party not less than sixty (60) days or not more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiry date. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice, both parties are required to commence the negotiation process for a new agreement. This collective agreement shall remain in effect during the period of negotiation and until a new agreement is signed.
