The Board of Commissioners of Carroll County (the “County”), the City of Carrollton, Georgia (the “City”), and the Board of Tax Assessors of Carroll County (the “Board of Assessors”), are each executing an Acknowledgment hereof attached to this Agreement in order to acknowledge its agreement to the provisions hereof which are applicable to it.
