This is an Addendum to that certain Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect (Parts 1 and 2), dated as of XXXXXXXXX (the "Standard Form"), by and between XXXXXXXXX (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and XXXXXXXXX (hereinafter referred to as the "Architect"), relating to the proposed project (the "Project") at XXXXXXXXX (the "Property"). The Addendum is executed simultaneously with the Standard Form and is a part and continuation thereof. The Standard Form and this Addendum are collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement". To the extent any provision of this Addendum adds to, changes, or is inconsistent with the Standard Form, the provisions of this Addendum shall control. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Addendum, or unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Standard Form.
