It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Region 9 School District (hereinafter called the "Board") and Gina Pin (hereinafter called the “Head of School/Assistant Superintendent”) that the said Board does hereby employ Gina Pin as the Head of School/Assistant Superintendent, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. §10-151, for the Region 9 Public Schools in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions as hereinafter set forth.
