I, , accept a position as a member of Gilbert Indoor Percussion and agree to the following terms and conditions of membership. My signature below represents my understanding and agreement to attend and participate fully in the Gilbert Indoor Percussion 2014-2015 season. I agree and understand that I must abide by all rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the Staff and Directors of Gilbert Indoor Percussion, as well as the policies of Gilbert High School administration. I understand that participation in Gilbert Indoor Percussion also requires participation in one or more concert ensemble (band, orchestra, or symphony). I understand that at all times I must appropriately and positively represent myself and Gilbert Indoor percussion and hold myself to the highest professional standard.
