The parties conclude this Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), which forms part of the Agreement between Customer and Supplier (“Flipnode LLC”), meaning the Digital Signage SaaS Agreement (the “Agreement”) to reflect their agreement about the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations, including the GDPR, the CCPA, and the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to the extent applicable. To the extent Supplier, in providing the Services set forth in the Agreement, processes Personal Data on behalf of Customer, the provisions of this DPA apply.
