This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Eloops Terms of Service (“Agreement”) entered by and between you, on your own behalf as an individual or on behalf of your employer or another legal entity which owns your Eloops account (collectively, “you”, "your”, “Customer”, or “Controller”), and Eloops Ltd. (“Eloops”, “us”, “we”, “our”, or “Processor”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by Eloops on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
