This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the client, Citizens of the World Charter Schools Los Angeles (“CWC LA”), a nonprofit public benefit corporation with its principal place of business at 5371 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036, and the contractor, DELTECHIS, LLC (“CONSULTANT,” collectively referred to with CWC LA as the “Parties”), a corporation with a principal place of business at 3141 Beaudry Terrace, Glendale, CA 91208.
