This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the last date signed below (the “Effective Date”), between FLIR SYSTEMS, INC., an Oregon corporation located at 27700 SW Parkway Avenue, Wilsonville, OR 97070 USA (“FLIR”), and , a located at (“Company”) to protect the confidentiality of certain Confidential Information (defined below) of FLIR and/or of
