This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this February 23, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between Linespeed Events, LLC (“Linespeed”) and the Internet Society, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (“ISOC”), acting on behalf of the Internet Engineering Task Force (“IETF”) through the Internet Administrative Oversight Committee. Linespeed and ISOC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”.
