Preamble The general intent and purpose of this agreement is to continue the highest possible quality of education for the students of the Greater Lowell Technical High School. By the consummation of this agreement, the parties (The School Committee of the Greater Lowell Technical High School hereafter referred to as the Committee and the Cluster Chairpersons Association hereafter referred to as the Association) seek to continue the promotion of harmonious relations and mutual cooperation toward the achievement of this goal. The parties also recognize the role of the Superintendent-Director in carrying out the policies established by the Committee. Section I
