Room and board rates, regulations and some fees are subject to change by action of the Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State College System and the Administration of Peru State College. This agreement is legally binding for the entire academic year under which it is issued. Any deviations from the terms specified herein not specifically directed by the Board of Trustees or Peru State College Administration require written approval by the Office of Residence Life.
