This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU" or "AGREEMENT") is a Collective Bargaining Agreement entered into by and between (the “EMPLOYER") and OASIS LABOR ASSOCIATION (hereafter the “UNION”), a dba of Firestone Labor Union, a 501(c)(5) national labor organization, (collectively the "PARTIES").
