This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between ACCUSOURCE, INC. a California corporation (“AccuSource”), and THE GENERAL LAND OFFICE (the “GLO” or “Client”), a Texas State Agency, and is effective (“Effective Date”): (i) on the date of last signature below; or (ii) if this Agreement is electronically executed by Client, upon AccuSource’s activation of Client’s account.
