AMENDMENT TWO TO CONTRACTAnnual Service Contract • February 6th, 2024
This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Graham Tire Company of Lincoln, LLC, 2121 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE 68521 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 8, 2022 executed under City Executive Order No. 96397, and County Contract C-22-0165, dated March 8, 2022 for Annual Service – Tire, Tubes, and Tire Repairs, Bid No. 22-027, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
