This REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Agreement” or “Redevelopment Agreement”) dated as of April [ ], 2017 (the “Effective Date”) entered into by and between THE CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP, a municipal corporation of the County of Essex and the State of New Jersey (the “State”), having its offices at 29 North Day Street, Orange, New Jersey 07050, acting as redevelopment entity pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-4(c) (the “Redevelopment Entity”), and REOCK URBAN RENEWAL LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State and authorized to do business of the type contemplated hereby in the State, and having its principal corporate offices at 1865 Palmer Avenue, Suite 203, Larchmont, New York 10538 (“Redeveloper”). The Redevelopment Entity and the Redeveloper may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
