Hotel understands that reservations will be made via rooming list. A rooming list form will be provided to Client and must be returned to the hotel no later than 02/01/2013. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to release the unsold portion of Client’s guest room commitment for general sale. The client understands that they are guaranteeing all rooms on the submitted rooming list. If guests identified on the rooming list do not check in, the master account will be charged one night’s room rate and tax for each guestroom. Once the hotel receives the rooming list, any changes need to be made directly with the sales department.
