In consideration of New England Sports Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Fenway Sports Management (“FSM”), the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club Limited Partnership (the “Red Sox”), and their affiliates allowing me (“I”, “my” or “myself”) and/or my child/ward, if applicable, (each a “Ward”) to participate in any way in the above referenced event and related activities, including skating activities and/or activities relating to the game of ice hockey on an outdoor ice rink at Fenway Park (collectively, the “Activities”) as a participant, competitor or member of any competitor’s training, medical or personal entourage, entertainer, service provider, staff member, competition official, volunteer and/or spectator (any of the foregoing, a “Participant”), I, on behalf of myself and/or my Ward(s), am agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, including the general waiver and release of liability described below.
