This Standard Contract for Providing Access to the Services of the Sole Goods Marking and Traceability Operator hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”, defines the terms and procedure of providing access to the services of the Sole Goods Marking and Traceability Operator by “Kazakhtelecom” Joint Stock Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, acting on the basis of the Resolution No. 95 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2020, to the person acceded to this Contract, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, who is a non-resident. Hereinafter the Operator and the person acceded to the Contract shall be referred to as the “Parties” when referred to jointly, and individually as specified above (Operator, Client) or as a “Party”.
