On October 25, 2013, New England Power Company (NEP) submitted for filing a non-conforming Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA) entered into on September 17, 2013, between NEP and Vuelta Solar, LLC (Vuelta) under ISO New England’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT).1 You state that Vuelta plans to own a 5 MW photovoltaic generating facility (Vuelta Plant) located in East Brookfield, Massachusetts. Further, you state that the SGIA generally conforms to the pro forma SGIA, with only minor modifications and that the net output of the Vuelta Plant is being sold to National Grid.
