Sunbelt Staffing, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Sunbelt” or the “Company”) and Raytown Quality Schools whose location is 6608 Raytown Rd., Raytown, MO 64133 (hereafter referred to as “Client”) enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement for the purpose of referring and placing Consultants (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate assignment confirmation for each placement will outline specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths.
