This Wired Telecommunications License (“License”) and Right-of-Way Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of June, 2012, by and between the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and Electric Lightwave, LLC (“ELI”), a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Integra Telecom (“Integra”), and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integra Telecom Holdings, Inc., an Oregon corporation.
