the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, (“City”) with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida, and Community Health & Empowerment Network, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 809 NW 119th Street, North Miami, FL 33168 (“Subrecipient”). The City and Subrecipient shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each may individually be referred to as a “Party.”
