This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between NOW Communications, Inc. (NOW), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi, with offices at 2000 Newpoint Place Parkway, Suite 900, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043, and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 4100 Roxboro Road, Durham, North Carolina 27704-2166. (NOW and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
