This Connecticut Enhanced Vehicle Inspection Program Services Agreement (together with any and all addenda, exhibits, schedules, attachments and documents incorporated herein by reference, this “Contract”) is made by and between the State of Connecticut, acting by and through its Department of Motor Vehicles under the authority of §14-3 of the Connecticut General Statutes and the Regulations of State Agencies promulgated under Title 14, Section 14-164c(e), with offices located at 60 State Street, Wethersfield, Connecticut 06161 (the “State”, but sometimes referred to as “DMV”) and Opus Inspection, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and registered to do business in the State of Connecticut, with a principal place of business at 7 Kripes Road, East Granby, Connecticut 06026 (hereinafter, "Contractor").
