Tenant will be an occupant of the unit Peaceful Lakefront Mountain House with Mountain Views, Wifi, Grill, Family Friendly, Pets with Fee throughout and only during the Rental Term. Tenant will not exceed the maximum number of persons, 6, to stay in the Premises during the Rental Term, all of whom must be family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the Premises by any other persons during the Rental Term shall result in automatic termination of Tenant’s right to use the Premises, without any refund. No key or lock code will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

Tenant will be an occupant of the unit Awesome Mountain Retreat on 35 acres with private pond, Wifi, Smart TV, Gourmet Kitchen, Gazebo throughout and only during the Rental Term. Tenant will not exceed the maximum number of persons, 10, to stay in the Premises during the Rental Term, all of whom must be family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the Premises by any other persons during the Rental Term shall result in automatic termination of Tenant’s right to use the Premises, without any refund. No key or lock code will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.
