WITNESSETH: That whereas, the Contractor has become the lowest responsible bidder for furnishing the supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies and for the grinding of tree limb debris with an option of hauling out the finished wood chips. Contractor’s performance shall be in accordance with specifications of Bid Package 2015-15 and all of the provisions of the Joplin City Code of 1998, as amended, and according to the City’s Bid Specifications and the Contractor’s Bid Response Form on file in the office of the Recycling Coordinator, Public Works Department. All of which are by reference made and part of this contract and to perform said work for the following prices to-wit:
