This contract is entered into and agreed to by all of the actors and crew members signing this agreement and the American Legal Video Services, LTD. Addendum A, B, & C, must be attached to and incorporated herein. No changes can be made to the contract without the express written consent of all the parties and that written consent must be attached, signed, dated and incorporated as Addendum “D” in this contract should it occur. The most recent date of any changes shall supersede any duplicate items listed in Addendum “C”. Each individual shall be identified herein as an “Artist”. The American Legal Video Services, LTD shall be identified as the “Producer”.
