At the end of the term, this agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless Landlord or Tenants provide the other party with at least 30-day advance notice in writing of termination. Landlord: Ed Seykota <tt_95@yahoo.com> and Tenants c/o Christial Torres. The agreement terminates on the last day of the month following the month in which either party gives notice. For example, the Tenants may give notice on September 20 for the agreement to end on October 31.
