The Hosted SaaS Services referenced in these General Terms will only be offered by NEC Corporation of America., a Nevada corporation, with offices located at 3929 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75063 (“NECAM”) to an end-user customer (“End-User”) located in the United States. The Agreement (as defined below) between End-User and NECAM sets forth the legal rights and obligations governing NECAM’s provisioning and delivery of iPaaS related services (“Services”) to End-User, and it’s use of such Services. This Agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the Service Level Agreements (“SLA”) and any other exhibit(s) or attachment(s) to this Agreement during the Term (as defined herein).
