OUTSYSTEMS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTMaster Subscription Agreement • May 18th, 2021
This OutSystems Master Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of download of the Software (“Effective Date”) by and between “OutSystems” and you (“Customer”) (each, a “Party”, and together, the “Parties”). This Agreement governs the purchase of Subscriptions for the Software, and by clicking on the appropriate button, or by downloading, installing, accessing and using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of Customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind Customer. Do not download, install, access or use any of the Software if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or if you are not authorized to accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of Customer. If Customer already has an executed master subscription agreement in effect with OutSystems, then that agreement shall prevail over this agreement, and this agreement shall have no force or effect.
