Subject to Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Michigan, Delta College recognizes the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees AFL-CIO as an exclusive bargaining agency for the Food Service employees under the jurisdiction of the Food Service managements, except supervisors as defined in the act, for the purpose of negotiating wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
