This CARPORT SYSTEM SITE LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made and entered into as of [DATE] (the “Effective Date”) by and between Mynt Systems Inc. a California limited liability company (“Lessee”), and the County of Monterey, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Lessor”). Each of Lessor and Lessee are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” “Lessee” shall include any permitted assignees pursuant to an assignment under Section 15.1.
