This agreement shall be concluded after the grant award decision by NWO to this Project and before the start of the Project. The arrangements laid down in the main text of the agreement form the basis for executing the Project. These arrangements are compliant to the NWO Grant Rules 2017. Arrangements that might require customization, such as intellectual property, confidentiality and publication rights, are included in Annex 1. The parties may choose to adopt the model text provided for by NWO in this Annex 1 (Option 1) or they may substitute this model text by negotiating a tailor-made Annex 1 (Option 2).
